Gaia Gals Retreat 2019
The first annual Gaia Gals Retreat was a huge success! Held at the extraordinary Laurel Hill Farm & Preserve where we celebrated self-care and connection. Over the course of 4 days and 3 nights, we connected to our true authentic selves, connected to one another and found a deeper connection to our Mother Earth.
Guests arrived on the afternoon of Friday, October 25, 2019 and got settled into their cozy and comfortable glamping home for the weekend. The spectacular glamping accommodations were provided by Solid Ground Shelters. (solidgroundshelters.com)

After a grand farm tour where Amy Nason revealed the magic of her farm creation, the 16 guests embarked on a connective journey facilitated by a full schedule of introspective workshops and classes. (See schedule below)

All meals were prepared by the talented and professional Chef Jacqueline. She prepared healthy and delicious farm-fresh food with close attention paid to local organic ingredients. She and her food stole the show! (See menu below)
Special thanks and shout-out to Jovial Foods for donating the organic einkorn flour that our dear farm-friend Lindsay from Farmhouse BBQ handmade into fresh sourdough bread for our guests to enjoy!
